Carys began her Aerial career while working on her graduate dissertation. “Because of the nature of my degree and the nature of a dissertation. I didn’t have many opportunities to interact with other people, or exercise. At the time, my then fiancé, (Now husband) was concerned with my physical and mental health, (and) encouraged me to find an activity that would allow me to interact with other people and allow me to exercise. A quick Google search and I stumbled on Aerial classes, fell in love and now I’m here.” Carys started her career in the circus arts as a student and is now an aerial instructor as well! She enjoys all types of events, and says the best gig’s are the ones where she can interact with the audience. Her social nature and inviting personality made her an obvious choice to invest her skills into Glovation Circus and, fitting enough, her first event with us she was a character actor, getting to interact with guests and add to the overall ambience.

  Carys finds inspiration everywhere and within everyone she meets. Her biggest inspiration is her husband who supports her full heartedly and has taken it upon himself to learn about aerial sports. Her parents, who always cheer her on. The pole instructors, who taught her to love the hustle and to be humble in their practice, and many more. We are so proud to have Carys on our team. Her hard work and determination to always put her best foot forward, and her warm personality makes her a great choice for any event.
